Tracking to release funds before 21 days
 

Hello,

I have a costumer who I already know, never had problem with him before.
But paypal placed a hold in 3 payments he made it.

The thing is, the address i ship to him is not the same to the one in paypal. If i add the tracking number, will paypal release the money after show as “delivered”? Or they check if the address is the same? Thank you

City and Zip have to match.

Yeah agree city and zip just going to interject
that when I called in and asked them to release the funds because it had been 3 days after tracking shows delivery
then the nice support lady on the phone said "ok one second. I see the address you shipped too is not the same as the one on the account. it has to be within 5 miles of the address. ok it is I released your funds."

I sold on the grailed.com platform which allows you to ender a different shipping address from the one confirmed on your paypal
