I try to transfer from my Netherland and USA account (old)
To my New German Account ... which say i cant unless german account have to be in a website or ask them to send me invoice
and for USA .. it seem all okee :D

I try payza ... skrill ... they didnt allow instant account ... User have to apply for merchant account and after approval user can collect fund

Usa only...most eu countries can withdraw to cc.

What is typical? I mean, most other countries ALREADY have to verify their ID at a few thousand dollars. USA is behind the ball.

Do you know ANYTHING about foreign paypal account creation?

I think he’s referring to the thread that requested a bank on a German account. The notice looked just like the US ones.

agree with yankee looks there is lot of member noob and said don't know how to use PayPal.
I saw old member too and talking many **** thing..
PayPal verification is no problems but why use USA account.. on USA PayPal security is higher in around the world.

The change is in two weeks.

If they are in the US and have EINs not a single thing changes. Or they have a verified bank.
