Hard proof of what? Proof that Paypal plans to implement the update they announced? I think it's been proven.

Only asked about the cards because it's rare in my experience to find a seller who will sell gift cards to an unverified account.

SMV seller on ebay. Actual hard cards sent through mail. Best seller on eBay. They have $100 speed way cards for $94 right now.

We don't have an idea only. We have the email sent to all non-business accounts clearly laying out how these policy updates will affect accounts. We also have 2 or 3 members who've called Paypal for clarification and were given the same information as is in the email.

Maybe some US Regulations push them to do this. I just opened a Skrill US account, to see how it is and I got this. They basically ask for address , DOB, name and then for the SSN number. Then they do a match

Sorry, I should have clarified.

It wasn't sent to business accounts registered with a legally formed LLC which were upgraded via an LLC EIN.

I still haven't figured out what that means. They must classify sole proprietor business accounts differently than LLC business accounts.

This theory is NOT True, tested it, all accounts have Banks attached and I still got this BS "Claim It" message.

I have yet to get it on any accounts including ones I just spend money out of. I winder if how the account was created has anything to do with it.

I did get multiple TOS emails yesterday and today. One of my old business accounts they are putting a monthly withdrawal cap on it of $20,000 for some reason.

The new TOS seems to have further reach but I dont see an reason to panic yet.

According to my research, they have an algo to determine which accounts will get these "Claim it" messages because NOT all accounts are affected...

My guess would be it's first being applied to newly created accounts, and will be rolled out retroactively to older accounts once the UA update officially takes effect.

I have two PP's that want doc's after the 6 months, did that...still won't let me have a big chunk in each. That never happened before ever to me. They got limited for trying to send money.
