Default Paypal transfers

A friend of mine was recently banned as an ebay seller. This friend is going to use a neighbours ebay buyer account and paypal to seel once more. She will then regularly transfer the money straight from the neighbours paypal to her paypal. Is this wise.
Please I am not here asking about whether it is wise to use a friends ebay and Paypal to sell with I am asking if it wise to transfer payments from a safe paypal account to a paypal account that is linked to a banned eBay account. Thanks for any replies.

1st q that comes to mind is why you are asking on behalf of your friend - have her join up and pose directly unless...there's something deceptive going on.

As for using someone else's account WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING LINK PRINCIPLES AND STEALTH METHODS...I figure she will get banned again - not a good move.

Terribly unwise bad idea and not recomended nor worthy of futher talk.

If we advise users here this is bad, it's tripely bad for non-stealth peeps.
