Paypal Buyer Chargeback - sale invoice, terms and conditions, and cancellation policy
 

Hello Aspkin Commuity

I have a paypal dispute with a buyer with a large payment which the buyer filed a Charge Back with their Credit card company I gave paypal proof of the Tracking# & Signature now 2 weeks later paypal now e-mail me this:

" We are reaching out to you as we need a copy of a sale invoice, terms and conditions, and cancellation policy. "

I sold to buyer the products off ebay did the sale directly by paypal & not sure if I should send a screen shot of the ebay listing with return policy or I should just create documents & possibly make a Web site with cancellation policy

Please let me know if you have any thoughts

Chargebacks are notoriously tough to fight off.

Selling off of eb is kind of against eb policy but do you have all your e-mail communication with your buyer? Does the payment show as "Seller protection is active"? Screenshot that initial payment screen
