Chart represents cumulative balances being held in all Paypal accounts before and after the TOS update. The chart implies hundreds of millions of dollars were moved out of Paypal accounts in the days leading up to the update.

It's stupid to call something stupid just because you don't understand the information being presented.

When I was a kid I always kept my 10k in my paypal and thought having it in my bank was stupid since I buy stuff on Ebay with PayPal and sell stuff there too. Thank god I never got limited then sitting on a ticking time bomb. I made all my purchases with my paypal debit card. Now I hope PayPal burns in hell
