"We can't send your payment right now"
 

Hi guys. I know this is a very common problem, however none of the solutions i've found online are helping. I have FULLY verified paypal (ssn, bank acc, cc, address, phone, email). However I am not able to send payments. I can receive them just fine, but not send. I've withdrawn 400 to my bank without a problem, with 100 to my debit card also. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

If this paypal account real best way to call paypal support and ask to fix this issue. If account created under stealth details need to wait 72 hours. Then try to purchase something. Most problem with new paypal accounts, so you must build reputation for paypal.

This is a reputation issue and very common. PP simply doesn't trust you yet. You just have to wait it out. Try sending smallish payments first (under $10) and go from there.

they are all correct and also it will let you send to some paypals but not others i have found

You're just going to have to use a bank account. I tried doing the shortcut method, paypal limited my account, 1500 dollars worth. Trust me, bank account is just sooooooo much better.

Yeah but it's always good to have these questions maybe someone has something new to help. Never know.
I had the same issue I built up cookies or maybe it was just rep and it took a week or two..

Sure it matters. Methods can be tweaked. I don't even know a shortcut method and every account I've made recently has gotten screwed over. Even as late as today. For some reason it seems like pairing high limit ebay accounts with new paypals are a no go even if the paypal is verified. I don't lose ebay accounts but paypals just keep getting slammed.

The thing is, this account is around 5 years old. What's weird is I can send money on my phone, but not my computer. Normally, I send money through my computer, which should mean there are more cookies there.

I don't understand why they do this. Most people will create a Paypal when they need to use it. Using it meaning buying something or sending money to purchase something. However Paypal then makes it difficult for a new account to send money, no doubt frustrating a lot of potential new users and making them not want to bother dealing with it again. They also already have a 21 day hold anyways for security.

You can receive 2 3 transactions ( Under $50 ) to your paypal account and let them sit in your account for 48-72 hours and then try again to send $10 to another paypal account. I'm pretty sure, your issue will be resolved.

This method is always works for me. And this method is also works, if your paypal account is going on phone verification, when you try to send money. Good Luck OP!
