Question on a a shipping address i added
 

Okay so i've had my business account for 4 years now. I made a purchase on a site and for some reason i typed my old address which was linked to a banned account, when it took me to paypal to select shipping address it had somehow added that add old address as the preferred shipping address for the order! I of course chose my new home address as the preferred, i went to my account settings and it doesn't show that old address just my current one.

Today again i paid for something with paypal and it took me to the paypal screen to select a shipping address it still shows my old address on there as an option. How do i delete it? It didn't give me the option to delete it from that screen where it was asking me to select it. Not sure how to remove it completely, I don't want it tied to this business account. Its not under my addresses in the settings page. Not sure what to do

are you sure you are not paying from your old paypal account?

No this is the only paypal i use on this computer plus the old account was banned years ago. I added the address on the checkout page and it somehow added it to paypal but it only appears when you're checking out and not on the actual account itself....

Once it's there you can't delete it. Even if the option to delete it was available Paypal will never forget it.

Is there risk? I mean it was only a shipping address, its not on the account itself...

Log into Paypal and take a look at the details of the transaction. Does the shipping address appear in there?
