Someone tried before cashing an american PP check through a bank outside US ?
I have a limited account and the only way for me to get my money is by check.

Most banks will accept paypal check outside US with a LONG holding period - usually 30 days. BUT name must be your own in most cases - checks under different names from outside the country are frowned upon by many banks.

To cut to the chase... yes they can send checks to your address.

Now whether you can cash them or not, it's entirely up to you and the bank.
