Not getting verification info

So I created another account and am not getting the confirmation email nor the confirmation text from Paypal to verify.

I've created 3 other accounts on a VPN with no issues however I wanted to try this one to see if I could get larger limits so I went with IP Burger and followed the steps. Only difference is the IP is in Chicago and the registration address is in Texas but that wasn't an issue on previous accounts.

Got an email address
Got a TracFone - Added the name and address to it
Created the paypal account on the IP Burger IP.
Loaded up a Vanilla Visa GC
Clicked the "Verify Email" link - sent email but I never received
Clicked the "Verify Phone" link - sent a text but never received


Phone is accepting texts and email address is getting emails so does anyone know what is causing this?





****ETA**** - email just came thru. Hoping the text does too eventually!
