eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Paypal SSN Verification

So they're asking for verification, you can submit docs right away? Or are they asking for ssn? What if you're a border hopper and you don't have an ssn at the moment?

Then you can add a bank account and withdraw money that way

I have a lot of paypals now with the nice blue box......saying claim it..........can't spend the pp balance......thats just great......

paypal is slowly converting over ALL paypal accounts to force the ssn verification.....

From what I see, once they requested this verification, you can't bypass it with docs.
Anyone else with some other experience?
