Whats a safe amount to withdraw once per month?
 

I know there's a lot of threads about this topic but I couldn't find an answer.

I have a 3 months old Paypal. I'm not planning to build up more then 500$ a month and I'm very patient about withdrawing.

I would withdraw progressively in small amounts as 10->30->50->100
but the problem is that for my country Paypal has a 5$ fee everytime you withdraw, except for the 1st day of each month in which the whole balance is withdrawn automatically.

Right now I have a balance of 300$ thats been sitting there for a while and will be withdrawn on 1 october, and about 80$ that will remain on hold.
I was wondering if I should waste 5$ to withdraw a smaller amount before that happens.

My question is, is it safe to withdraw that 300? If not what would be a safe amount to withdraw in this situation?

I've only made a 15$ withdrawn once back on 1 september, and a few purchases of very small amounts.

Any advice would be appreciated.

if youre only planning on getting $500 into that account withdrawing it in increments of $250 a couple of times a month should be fine.
You should get started slow as you described if youre just starting out with it.

Which country are you in? Put up your flag in your account so we know =)

YOu can do $250 or lower if you're jusr getting $500/mo.

And as long as you followed the ebay stealth for account creation, I think it shoul dbe ok.

What I meant is I can't do progressive increments because the fee is too much. Even paying that fee once makes me feel ripped off.

I'll follow your suggestions and withdraw in amounts of 250$.
Last question, would it be too risky if I withdraw 250 this first time?

If its really necessary to start slow then I'll do 100 a few times but I really want to avoid it because of the fee.

But if this is the situation and you have no other choices, then try the $250 and see how it goes.
