just hold it for 3-4 days and then try to withdraw a small amount first then gradually go for remaining

Can you try withdrawing straight to your bank account instead?

I have heard issues about card transfers on a few threads the past couple of weeks.

Could be - or maybe it has something to do with your card. Have you withdrawn to the card before without problems?
