I no longer see buyers email address on paypal payments. Is anyone having same problem?

They've been making them harder to find for a while now. They want to eliminate visible emails completely to cut down on direct sales.

You can either go look up the transaction in your email account, or if this is an eBay order you should still be able to see it on the eBay sales record.

I think you can revert to classic view and it pops up.

Classic view is still available? Where is it?
I thought they completely took it out.

Yes we all know youre very special.
How about being useful for once in your life and telling OP how you go about it?
OP - Last time I checked that info was still available through paypal if you go into your transaction details. Is that no longer the case?

With the newest PP interface (not yet rolled out to all accounts, only seeing it on a few of mine) it doesn't show the email anywhere and there is no option to revert to PP's classic view.

But if you go into eBay, even with the new "view sales record" page, the buyers email is visible for 90 days after the order. If 90 days has already passed then you can go into your email account and look up the original eBay and/or Paypal transaction, which will show the buyer's email.

you can use the 3rd party shipping software (like shipsaver) which imports shipment and informations. Usually include phone and email also
