I mean ... we added VBAs for years without a problem ...so basically some people will sell already created BUSINESS and EIN (0 credit profiles), you can use on PayPal.

That's a terrible idea. Really, really, really bad idea.

Just make one yourself or don't use one at all. There's no need for you to use one made with a stolen identity if you're in USA.
