stealth account paypal balance

If I have a stealth PayPal account that is fully verified with a vba, Would I be able to use the balance available to buy goods from china, stuff like small gadgets and other cheap things to resell.

Yes as long as seller accepts paypal, i don't see why not...

Even if didn't have a bank, so long as you have a balance, you can spend it.

Of course its always recommended to have banks etc. attached as that ensures the transaction goes smooth.

Yup, you can. Just one thing to keep in mind, the more international activity, the more probably they might look into you.

When I noticed this for my own account, I decided to have a dedicated account for selling and buying

VBA is a Virtual Bank Account. They are typically added to PayPal for the purpose of verification.

Virtual Bank Account. Like a sub account, of an actual bank account. Doesn't exist in all countries. Harder to come across these days.
