Hi, paypal ask for pin code when i want to link a bank account to my stealth paypal account which has been limited for over 180 days. Unfortunately, the phone at the time of registration is no longer available.Does anyone know how can i bypass this problem?

You can call in and try having the rep or automated system add the bank account manually.
As far as I'm aware, this is the only known workaround currently.

But paypal ask for background information such as "which of following address have you ever been associated with?
I do't know how to answer.
The one time I had to add a bank account manually over the phone I was able to do it through the automated system (never had to talk to an actual rep) without any extra verification.
Maybe other members will know another way - but that's the only way I know of to add a bank account after a 180 day limitation.
