How long take paypal refund, escalated to claim?
 

Hi everybody!
This time I feel first time how to be pissed buyer and I need your advice.
I have bought using 1 of my stealth PP 1 item worth 50 euro (not on ebay, paid as for goods using pp)
after payment completed I have asked for track number but without success.
2 weeks later I opened case on paypal. 3 days later "seller" escalated this case to claim.
I got msg from PP that "bla-bla-bla, case under review for 30 days, maybe we will need some additional info from you"
So, now I have 2 questions:
1. Will PP call to me (my stealth) for additional info?
2.Will this case last 30 days or I can expect faster results?
I dont care about this 50 euro, my acc is linked with bank and its worth much more, and I affraid that it can be limited.
If you have some experience plz advice me.

1) Quite possibly
2) It can take up to 30 days but may be resolved sooner

Forum isn't really for buyer problems.

@Jonnydoe, if you know your account well - just call up PP and sort it out. phaz is right though

So why are you using your seller account to buy aslo?

It is my first (and I think last) experience. For shoping I have cheap buyer accs without bank attached.
