BeWare!!! Paypal VCC getting into trouble
 

Hey there.
I recently purchased 2 vccs in order to verify 2 of my Paypal accounts.
After adding 1 vcc to each, it was about 15 min untill i recieved this message:

I contacted back the seller of the Vccs.
Just to hear from him : "Paypal is crazy", "We see in new year".
Contacted again, and been told "How can i know that paypal will suspend"

Luckily, 1 of my account is pretty new, and the other one didnt have much inside it.

Just imagining what would have happened if i would connect these VCCs to any of my old paypals!

*Currently not going to post the seller name, because i hope it was 1 time thing.

That's the exact same limitation that you get if you link an Entropay card to a PayPal. It seems that PayPal had a purge of cards some time last month and added a load of them to a blacklist, as they worked just fine before that.

It's happening a lot. Something has changed within paypals security features in the last week.

I'm pretty sure if the card is non avs the account is instantly limited.

It's not a "one time thing" and the seller didnt do anything wrong.

As others have said, Paypal are starting to clamp down on certain types of card.

Payoneer's card is 100% non-AVS and doesn't cause the account to get limited.

Well, that's the reason i didnt mention his username, not to harm his business anyway, hoping he is warning other customers.

It's not the sellers fault, paypal have made this change within the last 7 days. Your report is isnt the first and it won't be the last. Before that the sellers cards probably worked fine 99% of the time.

That's interesting. Keep an eye on it. I've not used payoneer cards for paypal so won't know if they're avs or not.

It's definitely not, as I have used it with PayPals registered in a completely different country to the card.

I have some bank issued VCCs that are also not AVS, and they don't cause limitations either.

I'm in this business for more then 10 years so speaking from my experience from time to time Paypal puts cards in blacklist ,every time people come up with new set of cards,based on what limitation they come up with good psd docs this is how sellers who sell here for many years survived .
We dont know who is the seller still its not seller's fault as Paypal is 3rd party and they ban cards so its not upto the seller

It is more than likely due to the card being a Vietnamese one - or another non US based card.
What was the BIN number for the card you used? Im referring to the 6 first digits of the VCC - those are used as an identifier that can tell you what bank issued the card and in what country - and of course paypal has access to this info as well.
The first thing I always ask of a VCC seller is what the BIN number is. If the card is non US based I wont even think of touching it.

Adding an Entropay Card to an established Paypal Account is not a problem.

I do this a lot with no issues.

The issue is with new or nearly new Paypal Accounts.

Certain VCC's cause problems when added to these accounts.

It could be the time of year, a glitch, a bad batch of VCC's, the BIN, or Paypal tightening up.

Don't try it unless you're OK with 100% losing an account.

It had always worked fine for me too until I tried it late last month. It's simply been added to a blacklist, with a ton of other cards.

If it was on a Blacklist, Paypal would prevent you from adding the card full stop.

The limitation is triggered when when enough Red Flags are raised. Usually on new Paypal Accounts.

I have added Entropay to numerous established accounts in December with no issues at all.

When exactly was it that you added it, last month? It worked for me earlier in the month, then I didn't make any other accounts for about 2 weeks, and at that point it would always cause a limitation when added to accounts.To me that indicates that PayPal definitely changed something.

Also, everybody here knows how sinister PayPal is; it's just like them to let something go through and then punish you for it after.

Because people should be aware to the option of taking this risk.
There is no note on the sale page mentioning that there is a risk of getting your paypal screwed up.

Then discuss your complaint with the seller directly. Moderators and aspkin are busy people and will only get involved when disputes / issues cannot be resolved.

I have discussed with him, Didnt even get an option of refund.
Once the 2nd message on the Selling post is "VERIFIED", you get the feeling Aspking is backing up the seller.

I'm not protecting anyone. Get a grip on yourself. This a recent Paypal security measure which couldnt have been forseen.

To add on more value to this topic. I have had accounts recently being limited for exact same reason even with no cards ever attached, so I am 100% certain it has nothing to do with the card.

They are just changing something internally

And to fix this docs had to be provided and had to speak to the rep to remove "credit card" request

I just purchased vccs and a few that I were using were outright blocked.

There seems to be more headaches coming around on paypals part.

I didnt purchase them from the forum though so I doubt it was just the sellers vcc alone.

Yet again I ask - post the BIN numbers for these VCCs and share with the community which ones are no longer good for use with paypal and are causing issues.

That message is caused by entro-pays, which have even for a while been advised not best for use on here. So why is a verified seller allowed to sell them, Surely he should be expecting a high quality card from a verified seller.

Its not just Entropay. Its multiple cards across multiple countries.

Its only just started happening, so the seller is probably unaware.

Yeah but entropay has been hit and miss for a while now, so i even avoided using them myself. Even though i could easily generate them.

I dont see how a verified seller, selling something that has been known to be hit and miss for a while is ok ?

who i bought back from a while ago ( Maybe 6 moths ) and he sold me some entropay, which i didnt use.

Maybe two weeks ago i had VCC supply issue, remember he was selling entro's thought maybe their working ok, tried setting up two stealths with my entro's got the same error instantly on both as OP https://www.screencast.com/t/EtPS4Q8gQ

Seller also looks to be still selling and not closed or edited thread in same time period or after buyers complaint.

FYI if i sold something to someone and it didnt work even due to un forseen circumstances i would refund that buyer, especially i generated those things for free. Scummy seller.

He sells a variety of different cards as stated on his thread so once again you don't know for certain that Entropay was used in this case.

The issue is caused by a load of different cards and is not just specific to Entropay.

Well i asked him at the time what ever cards he had and the bins, USA/EU/UK were all bins which all matched entro-pays bins posted on here.

He wasnt able to provide me any options for cards with bins that didnt match entropay.

This entro issue is very recent and matches the timescale OP faced. You dont need to be a rocket scientist to connect the dots.

Okay so u bought one of the samsung phones which exploided, ( Unforseen circumstance, yes ) and they refused to replace or refund. How would you feel ? Not scammed obv.
