paypal UK asks verification but does not proceed

I have PayPal UK stealth account.

I have been requested to verify some things since I reached EU receiving limit.

I have uploaded personal info and documents and then I am requested to upload and verify a bank or card.

I had already a verified VCC, but I also added and verified a new one.

Still I am getting message to verify bank or card. It is like a bug lets say.

Anyone having experience with this?

Any advise?

I've had it a few times, it always fixes itself eventually.
