Paypal withdraw problem
 

Hello guys,

I tried to withdraw money from 2 of mine stealth accounts. Both had the same error message. We cant proceed at the moment. Please try again later...
Does anyone experinced this issue these days ?

I believe my problem is different. My paypal accounts are Europe based and its stealth so I am trying not to contact paypal via phone....
I am using those accounts for 3-4 years without any problems till now...

It's the same problem, trust me. Ignore James' posts where he keeps going on about it being a US account, despite it obviously not being one. Just read post 6; it applies to all countries that let you withdraw to a card.

Hello , your account is fully verified? docs, phone, bank verified ? Stealth account or real?

Hello MrStyle. The 2 accounts are fully verified. ID DOC, BANK STATEMENT. They have never asked me to verify the phones....
Both stealths...

For me it hapends when i was attached new card or bank account, in that case you need to wait 24h and everything will be ok.
If that is not your case, then why not make call them and ask where is problem !?

I hadnt add new card. I dont want to call them because the accounts are stealth.
Those days paypal became crazy... I really dont know what to expect. DO they can link via the phone number I call. Do they can link via my voice... I really dont know. I have lost 4 more paypals before 2 weeks. I dont believe they linked them because 1 limited 10 a.m
The other limited next day 2 p.m

This is some new limits on some paypal accounts. You can send and receive $ but can not withdraw - to card or IBAN does not matters. Just create new acc and go on.

Yes. Other options - receive, send f&f or g&s works as well. I think that this is soft limit, but it can be some strange glitch also

Hi. In most of cases, it can be solved by chatting with paypal representative.

They will ask you to confirm your identity by recieving SMS and if you confirm your identity by such way, they will remove this hidden limitation

Sometimes they will ask you to call 2 them. Be ready to reply on background report questions
