My Paypal have some funds and its saying "Claim your money". Unfortunately I don't have any real US Bank account but tried all 4 5 Global Payment Payoneer US Bank accounts and none of them worked with Paypal.
I want funds and then I can close this account but there are only 3 options available:
1) Claim your fund goes to Verify Identity (SSN ITIN ETC) which I dont have
2) Link US Bank (I have Payoneer US accounts which doesnt work anymore)
3) Send a check to address (I have friends in US to whom I can send but not sure if they will be able to cash it as friend name would be different than pp account name)
SO what can I do here? There is an option for "Instant withdrawal to card" not sure if there is any service like payoneer which offers these cards so I can withdraw.
