Airbnb will definitely see that you used certain PP acc to make a payment and save this info for their record; however Airbnb won't tell PP that u used a payment acc with not your own personal but other business (stealth) details.

I doubt that they even have a permission to do so, maybe only in case of some fraud ****, etc
