Well I am going on 8 months with a good paypal attached to a good ebay that lost it's paypal, just have to sell slow and sweep money often, it can be done. Just be sure you do not use old paypal on new listings.

My best friend lost 4 of his eBays (exploiting policy) but not his PayPal (they all used the same PayPal). Been 18 months of heavy use and his PayPal is still going fine.

I failed to pay fees ($550ish) on one of mine 8 years ago and my main eBay (linked to same PayPal) is fine. I think after 8 years I'm probably safe lol

A lot of heresay in this forum and not actual experience. Not saying advice is wrong, just pointing out some don't have actual experience. If I had a solid PayPal, I'd link it to a new eBay for sure.

I think it depends on the grounds of suspension, the policy that you breached, what you sell etc.

So many factors.

The stealth guide is only the foundation. Every one returning to ebay after suspension is on their own journey to be honest. I read about users getting banned on day 1, others evading ebay for many years using stealth.

The good thing about stealth is, you can just try again once ebay or paypal kicks you to the curb. Costs some money to start up again but it can be done.

The question I have for the veterans is, have you been able to run a legitimate, tax paying business under stealth despite all the hurdles ebay and paypal throw your way i.e. limitations, asking for proof, invoices etc ?

It's extremely risky. It might be more hassle than it's worth to try and keep that account going.
