Yeah that seems to be the case. A new day and age. Harsh and unforgiving for sure.

I know they are asking for ID, but provide when with proof of delivery and an invoice instead and make sure the info matches your PayPal account.

Very often what PayPal asks for and what they will actually accept are two different things.

Well, that's a standard for US.

Sadly that haggling kind of died out pre2009 or so maybe slightly earlier.

Wait, so you are saying even though it says upload photo ID, go ahead and upload a tracking number and invoice....That does not seem right....

He's right. I have this experience with 1 of my accounts. I thought they just asked for an ID. It's past 48 hours and still they didn't restore my account, so i called them. I then found out that they also need the proof of address, tracking details (specific orders - you can ask them also about this) and invoices.
They gave me a link to manually upload the other docs not listed in the resolution center. In less than 24 hours, I finally got an email restoring my account to normal

My account has been restored! Josh on the forums helped me out with the required doc.

Paypal emailed me within 10 min of submitting the doc.

We reviewed the information you provided for Reference ID - PP-------- and have removed the limitation placed. You’ll now be able to access any feature that was limited before.

We appreciate your patience in helping us resolve this issue.

Thanks so much bro.

Great service. Took a couple of days only.

Final question, does this mean I'm good to go now? Or should I get my money and abandon the account...I guess my only final concern is they could re-review the doc and reverse their decision. Maybe i'm just being paranoid...

I'd take it easy for a while and get most of the money out of there ASAP. Several people in the past couple of months have reported getting an account restored like this, then bam, a few days later they get a permanent limitation with no explanation or option to appeal.

Congrats! Must feel nice!

It does feel great. But like you said, my next fear is getting banned again. I'm moving money out now. Stealth life is always living looking over your shoulder. That is the game.

I doubt you'll get banned again in the near future (2-4months), but PayPal is PayPal, never know.
