In USA,the only card you can withdraw is a bank issued debit card,there is a small fee involved,but you get your money faster than a transfer via ACH.
In some countries,you can use a cc.

Is there anyone who knows non american British citizenship to apply for American or British bank account? I have just registered paypal, but I need to link my bankaccount. I am an overseas student from Mongolia

If this is a legit PayPal account, not a stealth, use real name and use the name that you can verify with documents. And also when you leave the country to go back to your homeland, please be sure to withdraw your money and close out the PayPal account. Then open a new one in your new country of residence. Otherwise you funds can get locked up if you no longer can verify your billing address, and such once leaving the country.

LOL.... every time some new ground breaking, sounds-impossible, too-good-to-be-true shortcut is mentioned on these forums, it's always by a Junior Member or someone new to these forums. Then one of the old timers pop the bubble with a little reason, a little logic, and common sense gathered from years of experience and the noobs want to fight.

I'll admit, I get excited as the next guy if a easier way to do this or that has been discovered. But when 3 Senior Members all say the same thing and a Moderator agreees, trust me, as good as something sounds, go with the advice of those with experience. The lack of it is probably why we're here in the first place.
