Withdraw Paypal to VCC?
I found somebody selling a VCC which they claim you can use to withdraw paypal to The VCC.
I thought USA it was bank only for withdraws? or can you actually withdraw to a VCC? |

USA Paypal has allowed card withdrawals to certain cards for a while now. I would assume this person is using one of those cards - which are always debit cards tied to bank accounts. |

do they charge extra fees for withdrawing to card instead of a bank?
Im assuming you can wire the funds from the VCC To your bank directly. |

but you should not wire transfer the money but use it to transfer it to btc.
That should work just fine.

Sounds all kinds of fishy if you ask me...
You CANNOT use just any debit card and certainly no VCC (VCC = Virtual Credit Card). The ONLY debit cards that can use this withdrawal function are those associated with a REAL bank account.
Id love to know who this genius is who figured out a VCC that withdrawals are allowed on. Pretty sure youre dealing with a scammer so watch your back. |

The VCC they sell comes with VBA also.
Why would I want to withdraw it to BTC rather than a bank?
Definitely thought it seemed a bit sketchy myself. |

The Visa debit card MUST be attached to a real US Checking account to be used as withdrawal on PayPal.
BTW, there were some sellers on a bitcoin marketplace I frequent selling those so called VCC's they claim you can withdrawal too. 100% of them turned out to be scams.

| If it comes with a bank account (and it IS a Bank account - not a VBA) it is a reloadable card such as the one offered by greendot and the like.
Those are all blacklisted by paypal and will result in a quick limitation.
I would avoid but by all means give it a go and if it works let us all know.

yea i was just curious if it worked or not , as I find it obnoxious to have 20 bank accounts, 1 for each paypal
Was thinking if its legit and worked it may be easier to use different vcc/vba to withdraw and then withdraw all those into 1 bank account rather than 20 bank accounts. |

VBA = bank account.
So by doing this you would be complicating things, a lot. You'd be purchasing a bank account made in somebody elses name instead of your own. Then you'd be wiring money from that fraudulent bank account to your real bank account, leaving a solid paper trail.
I'd avoid it altogether TBQH. Either way you're acquiring a new bank account so why not, as a US citizen, just go into a bank and do it the legal way.. |

my understanding is that Paypal will allow faster withdrawal if you link a bank issued debit card to your Paypal account and pay a small fee for faster transfer.
not all debit cards work,not all bank debit cards are accepted,it has t o do with the gateway,I heard.
so the idea of VCC??
I dont think credit card works,it has t o be a bank issued debit card in USA |

don't know about US accounts but with wirexapp VCC you can withdraw but paypal account name must be the same as your wirexapp account |

youcan buy a Paypal or Wmt mc DEBIT CARD and pay $5 a month to hold fund in an account with Bankcorp Bank.
Then you apply to get a permanent MC debit card with Paypal using your name,address and SS number,they will send you this permanent card to link with your Paypal account ,then you can move money back and forth between the two.
Paypal MC debit card has its own website,learn more.
But the problem is it wants your SS number so if your stealth account has different address and you make up a SS number,it wont work |

use your Paypal fund to buy something which you can turn into cash without going thru Paypal,like gold coin or smart phones.
