Hey glacier.

I downloaded blue stacks three years ago to emulate an android device to be able to transfer via the PayPal app and it worked but I won't recommend it because I'm not sure if it'll cause linkage.

If you can do your research.

I got this exact message yesterday myself and tried all browsers, firefox, opra,IE,Chrome.

when i used the app, boom. it worked right away for me.
Maybe its because your using a VPN.

If you use memu you get a "multiple instance manager" so can easily manage multiple accounts; you're not restricted to one main android account like you are with other Android emulators.

Ok. I'm using NOX, it has the same features, Paypal is still being a dick head.

Has there been a case where you used an android emulator and it NOT work, but you used a phone and then it finally worked?

I'm getting the error message "Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later." on one of my accounts. Confirmed bank, debit card attached, and an account from 2015. Somethings not right? Yeah, it's your Nazi company. I've never wanted a company to be sued in a class action lawsuit sooo badly before. :rip:

We should totally do it. Other than that you’d just have to wait it out I think
