Give in awhile to cool down are you logging in on the same ip as usual

I'm logging in with dynamic ip, kept everything recorded, no duplicates. I'm using tether with cell phone so i can't really control having the same ip address.

Let us know what happens. Paypal is changing lots of stuff right now, could be related to that.

i had another account with the same message, waited a few days, then i could withdraw, but with the 12 hour delay. The one account in the first post, post #1 above has about 800 bucks. Looks like I'll have to stop selling on this account for now and wait it out, create another account. Damn, Paypal has, for whatever reason gotten way out of hand. This slows down my cash flow

it is Paypal's bank where your fund is kept doing the TRANSFER via ACH.

Paypal does business with many banks,your fund is kept in one of its bank accounts.
when you ask to transfer your paypal fund to your bank,its bank will do the transfer,takinG the sum out of Paypal and sent it to your bank via ACH .
Most banks do this once a day ,some do it twice a day.
The message you are getting could be Paypal is having some technical problem communicating with the bank where your money is,or Paypal itself is having technical problem, or it does not want to release your money.
Do you have a bank debit card ,why not use that and see if it works,there will be a small fee but much faster.

I think it’s just PayPal being a troll. I’ll just stop selling on this account until I can finally transfer

I received an email from Paypal called Fund Now?or something like that,meaning if someone files a dispute,my payment would not be withheld,which is nice gesture except I dont recall what is the last time anyone file a dispute???????

Ok, it's been 72 hours and still I get this message from that one account. Have any of you folks waited longer before?

Hi.

This happens to me alot and happend yesterday.

Consider these things.

Try sending a small amount to an email address like $2 or something.
Then login after a few hours then try.
(this worked for me the last few times it happened)

If you still getting the issue, try another browser.
Also wait 24 hours, it will go though.

Another method is 100% success is to use the paypal APP, it will defiantly work.

I've just added new bank accounts across about 15 accounts yesterday and am getting this message on 90% of them when I try to transfer to the new bank after confirming the deposits.

However, when I try to transfer to the old bank account that is still attached, it goes through.

I'm assuming it's some kind of new security measure for a freshly added bank account or just a technical glitch that will hopefully go away soon.

It is extremely annoying, it really never ends....

The only hold up I've ever gotten is the typical ';we are reviewing" And it passes the following day after midnight.

But this is new. I added a new bank account to my account about a month ago

Try memu. It's perfect for this.

And yes it normally bypasses this error when trying to withdraw.

hopefully it is a glitch they will sort it out since i will be making about 4 more ebay/paypal combos here soon PayPal is getting out of hand anymore its like they think they are a bank and can do whatever they want lol

Welp, I downloaded NOX and then the paypal app, tried to withdraw and got the same message. Is memu an android emulator or something? Here's a screenshot:
