PayPal call centre opening times are a joke
 

They keep moving the times earlier

I don’t know how on gods earth this “company” is globally known

They have the worst customer service to say the least

I tried calling in today and there shut at 6.30pm

Normally they close at 7.30pm onwards

It has always been 6:30 on weekends and I think overall they have very reasonable hours.

I mean 8am to 9pm is more than enough time for you to get **** done, even limitations at 8:30 is still good.

It’s all about time management on your end because they’ve given us more than enough time.

They can get away with it so they do it which is pretty much the explanation to all the other nonsensical policies they have in place.

With them being the only real payment option on eBay and wants reaching a global audience it was easy for them to get this big offer bad customer service.

I think their will be a big change when eBay move over to ayden for payments, PayPal will have to start trying to retain customers.

It says 8am - 6.30pm 7 days a week

That contradicts what you just said

It was usually 8.30pm however as my post states it has been moved to 6.30pm

Do a bit of research before typing nonsense

Same old attitude....

It actually depends which department you are trying to get through to as to what their closing times are.

If your just looking at the generic

'Customer Service
8am to 6:30pm Monday to Sunday'

Then sure, that is what it says. In reality though those are not their opening times and have not been for a long time. And yes, certain departments do close earlier on weekends. Some are even not open at all :suspicious:

And if you know what your doing, which clearly you dont, you can still get through to them even when they are meant to be closed.
