Why are you using a proxy to begin with though. Also when you try to withdraw via check you aren't forced to put in a bank account? Or does the withdraw via check button ever not work for you? This whole thing is so weird

Are you sure you didn't receive the e-mail "Your funds are eligible for withdraw" a month early and its technically not past 180 days?

Also are you using a business account?

Did you try paypal.com/wdfunds

paypal.com/wdcheck

I am not totally sure on if it has been 180 days but I got the email that I could withdraw, wouldnt that be enough?! It may be as you say, one that is a month early.

When I try paypal.com/wdfunds it simply takes me back to the account summary page. When I try paypal.com/wdcheck it takes me to the normal check withdrawal page, I input the amount, press continue, then get the same 'error' message (Sorry — your last action could not be completed...)

I appreciate your input though

All of mine were a month early as well. But I'll say this in the past when it was 100% past 180 days I've always gotten the funds. So I'm going to try again this friday and if it doesn't work I'm going to wait until it goes past 180 days which is next month and then if that doesn't work then ill panic. Sometimes I think it has to do with their retarded system or security system or whatever. You may have received the email but I think it maybe truly still not available.

Also no problem man I really hope its just a matter of ultimately waiting out the 180 days which woud rule out a lot of other things in my opinion. So if its passed 180 days and it still doesn't work we'll both come back and try and brain storm
Keep us updated.

Have the same issue as well on a few. Looks like they took some privileges away from agents as I was told the same thing. The other thing you could do is the lawyer route which is probably the only way Paypal will fix this. Their system is messed up right now.

I received your message and I only was able to withdraw funds from one account.
Now mind you all of the accounts I received the email saying the funds being available technically weren't passed 180 days. So I'm going to wait until Friday or Saturday and if nothing works I'll wait the rest of the 180 days out. Also when I called to try to withdraw the funds out a lot of them told me they don't see the funds available so they have to reset the system or wait 24-72 hours. But its probably best to wait out the full 180 tbh. Whats your situation?

Well for one I have the original cookies for these accounts, but that didn't seem to work if you let the account go for 180 days or more without logging in periodically. Silly me decided not to bother with some accounts and wait it out. To solve any future problems I'd suggest calling and get the funds released early and if they argue leave a balance for any chargebacks etc. Let this be a lesson learned for of us not to leave a balance.

That sounds like nonsense what does the "cookies" have to do with anything involving the accounts? Also getting the funds released early is much harder then getting the funds released normally after the 180 days. What else is going on with your accounts?I mean have you tried any other options? Are you getting a blank white screen when you try to withdraw? Have you tried to withdraw too many times? What did the supervisors or call agents tell you?

1 bank. 1 check. Another one is about to be by bank( trying to see if I can get it withdrawn by check though) The option to withdraw by check still appears blank for me. But oddly I have the option to transfer to bank which seems to work. Normally check and bank both don't work.

I'm still patiently waiting on the accounts that didn't work I'm going wait until Saturday/Friday to see what happens then I'm going to just wait out the rest of the 180 days.

I noticed on the
first two accounts
The first representative was able to automatically enable the funds from there end. They didn't say anything about the funds not being available they just did it.

The rest of the accounts they either said the funds weren't available, tried to make me do a withdrawal(which would fail),or simply connect me over to someone else.

Nice! After trying all day yesterday, with several hours of non-activity in between, I was able to get 1.00 - 100.00$ increments withdrawn via bank (They are still pending review) but somehow I got to pages I wasn't able to before.

I DID NOT WAIT THE 48-72 HRS THE AGENTS RECOMMEND (They are professional bull****ters).

So, no luck with check (I called 6 times yesterday) but some potential here with the bank. Will update once they are no longer pending.

Can't wait until eBay 100% ditches PayPal. WORST COMPANY.

were these the same accounts or different ones you're having success with?

Mine are pending as well, I think now you just need to have a bank account to withdraw by check unfortunately.....wait did your check go through without a bank account? I really hope the accounts that didn't work before end up working.I really wish there was an answer why withdraw to check goes to blank white screen.

Yes, same ones.
The one account that I got a check from did not have a bank, just a card (to confirm address). I have called them probably 30 times and that 1 check was the only one I got out.

That's weird as hell I thought for sure you absolutely needed a bank account.Really though none of these guys seem to know what the hell they're talking about. You'll speak with one guy and he'll say this and the next guy will say no thats wrong. The third person will say something completely different. I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to have to create multiple bank accounts it seems like now a check is too much of a hassle.

I also feel like a part of it might be a time sensitivity type of a thing.I know if you withdraw multiple times and it doesn't withdraw its messes things up.You said you waited out the 24/72 hours then I would wait pass the full 180 days if they aren't passed 180 days. Hopefully we both get our funds in the end keep me updated.

Managed to get another check withdrawn he said he asked his supervisor for the permission to toggle it or request the funds or whatever while I was on the phone, yet apparently the other guys couldn't do this... Thats 4/9 so far.

I'm able to withdraw on the accounts on this other one I can withdraw but only by bank account(Ally). I'm not really sure I trust withdraw such a large amount to a random bank I just created online.

See I knew a supervisor could do it even though one told me they couldn't. Anything specific you say after all the trouble?

Honestly it seemed like a time-sensitive type of thing to be honest. I think the day you receive the e-mail the funds are available for withdraw you should either wait a few hours(24-48hrs) then call. When they tell you to wait 48-72 hours its normally bull**** in my experience. Also let me just say I still never figured out how to really withdraw via check(Know TheGame said he managed to get one manually done, but now withdraw via check seems like way too much of a hassle). Some accounts were able to some weren't. I just ended up making multiple bank accounts and I have my fingers crossed hoping they go through. Also don't try to keep trying to withdraw multiple times (3) if its not working. I'm not gonna lie on some accounts I was able to withdraw with no hassle at all I'm not sure if there is a real answer to any of this besides their security system or whatever so sometimes its probably best to just wait.
