New Paypal Account

Hi Guys,

I'm planning to make new paypal account. Because i got suspended to eBay and Limited to paypal i sell high risk on eBay i sold($350 each listing) so i get limited to paypal. Is safe to make new paypal account and ebay account using my brother New bank account not linked and New address real address. And i will use IPBurger to make new IP? I'll get suspended again or no?

The idea is to start slow in the beginning and not sell anything risky.

You'll get suspended again if you will do the causes/reasons why your previous account(s) get suspended.
