suspended ebay and good paypal
 

I honestly tried to find the answer to my question in the forum, but I could not)))
So, my account on ebay is closed for reasons of violation of their policies. With PayPal, I have excellent relations: a verified account, no debts or bad history. I understand that it is impossible to use the same account with a new stealth ebay, so I have following questions:
Can I transfer money from the new PayPal to the old one, of course, while observing all the precautions: new IP, address and everything
And the second question: if I close this Paypal account, and open a new one, in my name, but another IP address, so that ebay cannot make a link, the question is, if only ebay banned me, paypal is not hunting me, could it be done? Do they work in pairs?

Yes, once linked the accounts are always linked. Think of eBay+PayPal as one account; they work in pairs.

Transferring money from one PP to another is not recommended long term. In fact, doing so can create a link between them. You can do a one off transfer without a problem, or even a couple, but doing it regularly is not a good idea. Always withdrawal to a bank. If you are using USA accounts, your only real option is to use a USA bank anyway.

Also, eBay and PayPal never forget anything. "removing" info does nothing, it just means you can't see it, but it can't be used again, without of course creating a link.

All eBay and PayPal accounts have unique account ID's associated with them. This can't ever be changed, so any new account(s) you link to others will be associated with any past accounts that were linked to them in the past.

There is a risk but the benefits far outweigh the risk in my opinion. :juggle:
