The connection used by the remote computer you're connecting to could be causing an issue. Or maybe not. Impossible to say without knowing more details about your setup. |

What are you RDP'ing into? |

| phaz0rz | 06-27-2019 11:37 AM | Re: Sending/Receiving issue You need to make sure the remote computer that you are using RDP to access has a clean IP. |
Re: Sending/Receiving issue For me it sounds that the reason is lack of transaction history and or your account is new. |

| phaz0rz | 06-28-2019 07:40 AM | Re: Sending/Receiving issue All IP's are normal. If you're renting RDP access from a company then chances are you have a datacenter IP, which may have been abused before. Even if it hasn't been abused a datacenter IP is weak in terms of Paypal fraud scoring. I would at least check into it to see what the IP of your remote computer is. |

I saw that you use RDP to login to your machine.
That's not a problem with Paypal.
Most probably issue might be the IP you are using on the RDP to connect.
Is it from same location?
Datacenter IP shouldnt be as well an issue as long as its clean and you use it always (of course the system will need some time to trust it).
But your account is more than 1 year old. Are you using the same IP since 1 year now? or you recently changed it?
And the payments which are declined, are they all different or are these payments to some same emails? and finally how are you sending? as friend or service? |

You mean IP using rdp as connecting? So my original IP have problem which I'm accessing on rdp? |

The IP of your computer is not important.
This is how RDP (remote desktop protocol) works:
- You open RDP on your computer which creates a virtual tunnel between your computer and another computer somewhere else, allowing you to do work on the computer that's not in front of you
- When you browse the internet while remotely connected to another desktop through RDP, you will be showing whatever IP address your remote host has.
And like I said, if this is a paid service then your "remote desktop" is probably just a VPS/VM with a datacenter IP. |

The IP of your remote machine.
You can do following:
Login as usual on your RDP
Open your browser as usual
open this site: whatleaks.com
take a screenshot of the whole page and send me (PM for your privacy - of course you will have to trust me), I will check few things for you and possibly we could find the issue. |

I checked the screenshot, you have an IP from DataCenter but its clean.
Some ideas that could cause your issues now:
- possible that you might have done some transactions on your paypal account recently that they didn't like and therefore are limiting the account somehow : best way to get to know more about it, is to contact paypal, you can hit them via the LIVE CHAT, just go to contact page, explain your issues.
They will surely tell you what to do. In some cases, they might ask you to call to verify your information.
- Here a remark: I hope your PAYPAL account is the from the same COUNTRY as your IP? (because I see here you are from LT).
- I noticed also that you have WebRTC disabled on your browser. This can cause very often some block on PAYPAL Antifraud system, as it means you try to hide your IP (not always, but sometimes). You can read more about WebRTC. |

Lets make it simple. Your paypal account, from which country is it?
Any reason why you disabled WebRTC? |

ok then try to use a new browser in this RDP with WebRTC not disabled (you will need may be to wait few days to have the system trust your new browser).
If this does not help, try an other RDP/Proxy provider from same country. |

I get limitation, i fix it and same problem I asked phone verification once I send I pass it and then get error as always... How they can think that I'm not real owner... | | All times are GMT -5.
