Not receiving payments
 
Hello, so I sold some items on eBay, but did not receive the payments, I contacted eBay and the lady said she has to do it manually, told me that I would get the money within 24hrs, about 2 days has passed and I did not receive any money, anyways I contacted PayPal and they said this (in the picture) http://prntscr.com/ocm4uw
What should I do now?

It sounds like Paypal wants you to call them to do "additional identity verification that can't be done through chat".

So unless you're seeing some way to confirm your Paypal email like the chat rep mentioned, I would give them a call since there's no other options.

did you get any emails from Paypal or Ebay that the buyer has made payment?

Amm, basically im trying to confirm the gmail right now and I tried putting in like 20 numbers from internet but none of them works, any tips on how to get a US/UK number which would work for a confirmation on outlook.com?

u need to call paypal 1st,after that you can confirm your mail
