Sorry, We Can't Complete Your Purchase At This Time
I'm aware there are plenty of posts about this specific error message but I just want to confirm that my situation is indeed just something I'll need to wait out.
My PayPal account is fairly old but I haven't used it in a long time, I started using it again the past 2 months or so for amounts which don't exceed $20.
Recently I have sold a digital video game account for $100 and as soon as I went to purchase something with the BALANCE (I only use Balance, no CC) I get this message, PayPal support hasn't helped much either.
I was told this was their "Internal Security Mechanism" and told me to give them a call, and I responded back that I am currently not available by phone and if they could help me via the message center, no response yet.
Is this just another case where I have to wait a day or two before trying again and it will clear? or is this possibly something else?
