 PP accounts not linked?
some people have more than few paypal accounts, set up using same IP, etc.. and when one gets "permanently limited" due to the linked eBay account being suspended, the others are fine and working perfectly for long periods....why are some PP accounts linked, and limited due to being linked to limited accounts, and some not? does having a prior limitation placed on an account, and then successfully having that limitation removed make an PP account more "invincible" to future limitation due to linking? anyone with any experience in this?
