Sorry, I do have a thread that is opened regarding this issue however it's kind of been dead and no one has really shed a light on this topic, my apologies.

I keep getting the "something's not right" on the summary page too and then when I go to money it has the captiva but gets stuck before I can fill the boxes so I refresh and then it says I have to prove my identity if I want to add paypal funds. I thought I was done getting these. I've never ever clicked on the "we need more information link". I always click not now for two years now. Paypal just added a drop box on the summary page to choose instant transfer/standard/check and I was hoping the glitch was caused by that since it looks like it still has bugs....the last option of receiving a check is superimposed over other letters and doesn't have the clean look that a new add on without bugs has. I used the money option, as suggested, last night after getting my first "somethings not right" and it worked fine. Today, not so much. I thought if we didn't want to prove identity with our business account and just receive and withdraw they would stop hounding us to confirm but it looks like another wave of hounding now.

Were you able to withdraw after this or did it still demand your SSN and ITIN?

I was able to withdraw. After that I decided to withdraw again to see what happened...it still says somethings not right on summary page so I go to Money and the captiva page worked this time and I didn't have to refresh the page. I'll never click the "you need to confirm info" page". I only saw that once now since the summary page doesn't work the last two days for me and chose "not Now" as usual. I'm worried that the summary page glitch is not going to get fixed. If it wasn't for this site I wouldn't have known about the Money option or thought of it anyway and would have panicked thinking I was done.

I went to withdraw from the Money tab again and noticed on another window that After I withdraw, the captiva comes up so you don't even need to stick around to verify as the withdrawal has already gone through.

I do not see money tab. I'm getting this message

"There’s a problem

Right now, we’re not able to transfer the money to your bank"

Now I'm on money transfer page and I'm seeing this:

"Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later."

My account is not limited and fully verified. What the f is going on?

@supernova, how much are you trying to withdraw? How soon did the money come into the account?

Supernova....so you tried the Money tab on top too and still getting the message. If you are fully verified can you call into Paypal and ask when they are going to fix this and report back here?

You'll have to find the money tab to fix the problem, most likely. It's one of the options at the top of your home page. It's where your attached banks and cards show.

Is anyone worried that the summary page is still not able to withdraw money? I am also having trouble buying shipping the last week too when I wasn't before. I am wondering if my vanilla gc in place of a cc is causing all of this. What cc is everyone else using that is having this problem.

I'm not worried. They're messing around with the summary page like they always do. They aren't going to tank their own site. I noticed today at the top right of the summary page there's another link to withdrawal, but it's promoting instant transfers so that's the only option that shows.

Worst case scenario : they're phasing out free withdrawals

I just had a paypal get hit with ID request And can't pay ebay fees now. FML...

9/24/19 Update : The one account I had showing this new broken page has now been reverted to the old, working page.

They saw our thread guys!

Sucks that the money page doesn't work now along with the summary page. I'm tired of this "something's not right try again later" glitch happening once a month now.

I didn't have this problem when it happened in September but I'm having it now on my two stealth accounts. Withdrawing from the money page doesn't make a difference. How long did it take to correct itself last time?

It only lasted a few days. It seemed like they were trying to change around the summary page and they broke it. For 2 or 3 days it showed a new summary page that didn't work, then it switched back to the old working summary page.

Saw your thread but I haven't done any withdrawals since yesterday. I'll report back later if I start having the same issue.
