eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - PayPal is NOT limited, but I can't withdraw?

It really does sound like a variation of the same issue. Except in this case, the workaround isn't working either.

If you want OP, I can send you a link to the working withdrawal page my accounts have been using. To me it sounds like the withdraw flow is broken on both your summary and money pages. You might be successful if you were to forcibly revert to an older withdrawal page.

Can you please post that link here? I am having trouble with withdrawing as well

Paypal must be changing things. I am well past 180 days and no email to withdraw my money.

I can't withdraw.

I called and asked, they said I had to wait for the email but gave no other info. WTF....

Just wondering, were you limited due to counterfeit issues? Or was it something else?

UPDATE:

I bypassed the initial error, and now it lets me go to withdraw, choose the amount I want and the bank, confirm it, but once I go all the way through, it says "sorry this isn't working right now." Also, on my homepage, I can see the dollar amount I tried to withdraw, but instead of saying pending or complete, it says "Denied."

Thoughts?
