did you sell it on Ebay?
Ebay has 30 days money back guarantee,if not as described,Ebay will ask the buyer to return the item with tracking,then money is refunded.
with domestic buyer,you pay return shipping.
With overseas buyer,you can send her the money ,not sure if Ebay can force you.
With PAYPAL,she will be asked to send the dress back on her own expense.
With credit card chargeback,depends on what she told them,she needs not return the item and you will be hit with a $20 chargeback fee.
so in the future,always respond to buyer before she files a chargeback with her cc issuer.
BTW,buyer can get Papal to pick up return shipping if they apply when they make payments,we are allowed to do so x times a year. |
