Re: Is it possible to win an INAD case on paypal?

getting a neg is like showing your battle scar, nothing to worry about,it aint worth the time and anguish to remove it,just move on,time is better spent selling.
Also Paypal could make a note that you are a digital seller and receive dispute,it could be a mark against you .
Not to mention if buyer loses and go to his cc issuer, you would lost $60,not $40

Hadn't thought of it that way, it's good way to see it.

I've heard this many times but never had it happen to me, how does it work exactly?
Why would the CC issuer automatically and arbitrarily win without a case?

Re: Is it possible to win an INAD case on paypal?

UPDATE:
The case was closed in my favour with no refund to the buyer.

Case history in brief:

It took them 2 days to reply to my first email. They just moved it for review, could have done that myself.
I sent another e-mail, 2 more days no response at all. Then suddenly I was requested to enter "proof of delivery". This made no sense since this isn't an "Item not received" dispute, she basically confirmed she received it just by claiming "not as described". She also confirmed it in her first message.
So I sent a third email, explaining all this and I kept mentioning the 14 days return policy and the ebay case.
Another 2 more days and they finally sent me a reply explaining what can I use as proof. I documented in detail as much as I could and sent the info they requested.
Then for more than 4 days there was no development. I sent a last message and the next day the case was solved. They replied to my last message 2 days later so I don't think the same people were involved in the decision of the case. But everytime I sent a message it seemed to cause a new development.

I must add that this was the first dispute I had on this account.
I've been through this before and once there were too many disputes or the account was under review, I lost every single case even when I could prove them. There must be some sort of a limit and other things they look into.

Thanks again for the answers. If someone has experience with cases like this please feel free to write.
