International bank for paypal

Can i use a international bank, like azlo, to add to paypal and withdraw money?

I don't think so. USa PP requires a USA bank.

There might be an alternative that's not a bank perhaps?

there is this Paypal prepaid debit card which cost $4.95 a month ,you can sweep your fund to the bank account linked to this card and vice versa,but to get this card,you need SSN and a US address
Wmt has similar card which costs 3.95 a month but I heard is very slow.
