PayPal will limit your account immediately after you add Payoneer Wirecard IBAN.

Would advise against Payoneer, their BINs/Sort Codes are banned everywhere. Decent enough to receive BACS payments, but nothing else.

Lots of bank accounts in the US that accept mismatching names, even some of the largest ones like Bank of America or Wells Fargo

This forum has several threads on which banks to use and which ones to avoid. Quick tip. If its an online only bank avoid due to mismatch. Other than that most will accept name discrepancies.
