Default PayPal more strict in November

Since November all the new stealth PayPal got limitation after the first payment received.

However before November all the similar items ware sold on stealth but no limitation at all.

I am very worried that PayPal got more strict and I am unable to withdraw money even after 180 days.

Any opinion?

This is just a fact of life with PayPal.

Either stop selling those items, adjust the amount(s), etc. You need to either adapt, or use another payment option.

every year is like this. you need to build up your accounts before the end of Sept. Otherwise, you will have no accounts to use for the peak season

Age by itself doesn't make the account much less prone to getting limited. PayPal is really relying on past transaction HISTORY more than anything.

Seen this before several times. Someone was trying to buy your item and PP was quicker to limit you before the payment dropped in. On buyers side there was error that payment can not be completed at the moment. I had some luck fixing few a couple accounts like that. Just cancelled all my listings, then called paypal and explained that no payments was made yet so there can be no invoices, also my items was sold locally already and i have no active listings so nothing to provide. It went through ok and they reinstated it while on phone.

I agree with Nick on this one.

You can make a PP in Nov no problem. Your first sales need to be something safe, basic, boring, and for a low dollar amount. Sell a handful, upload tracking on time, deliver your item and take care of your customers. After that, take it stage by stage working your way up to whatever item you are trying to sell.

it's a process any time of the year.

Yeah I get the feeling as everyone you did not let the account age I think you should wait 30 days in my experience if you want to avoid....otherwise give PP what they ask if you push it....ebay and they are quick to nail.

Log ins for at least 10 days prior to sell anything every day so they get the IP logs going.

Something sounds wrong with whatever you were selling or your practices or the way you make your accounts.

I can't tell you what, since I don't know how you do your business.

If you'd like us to give you a clearer input, tell us more details .

I have accounts that I just created 2 weeks ago and they are doing well.

Thank you Very much your reply. I have never had this problem so thats why i asked... i have already had 5 accounts denied and gave paypal all invoice they were looking for. Anyway they did not accept and all accounts were denied. Funny is i gave them receipts which were also real. So should i delete all Ebay items call paPal and see what they will say? What if they will remove the limitation but after some time they will again need the invoice?

I kinda think pp is cracking down cuz they are losing out on more and more of the ebay transactions since ebay has started integrating "managed payments"
