Paypal check company or personal name?

Here is the thing, does paypal check the name of the acc owner or just the company name when transfering funds to the bank? (business account)

THey don't check. So just withdraw the funds to your bank and you'll be fine.

PAYPAL can't read the bank account information.

Just link your bank account and you will be ok to go. Most banks accept transfer under different names.

If PP can not read or confirm the bank account information. Information such as the acc name. What about the address? Has a mismatched PP address and bank account address caused an issue?

there is no issues , you can add any bank account with different address, paypal will only make a outpayment to the bank account, if there is any error, bank will send the payment back to paypal, and paypal will tell the payment is back to your account
