Add bank page loads a blank page

I'm trying to add a bank (USA) to my paypal account. When I click the link to "Link a Bank" I get a list of the top banks. If I click the link that says "Don't see your bank?", I'm shown a blank page.

If I select Chase, BOA, WF or PNC and ask to Link my bank another way (micro deposits), it loads a blank page as well.

I've tried IE, Firefox, Chrome (cleared cached values and waited 48 hours) and still have the same issue.

Anyone else have this problem?

If you have any Adblockers or AV software, try disabling that. Very often that's a cause of most of these types of page rendering/loading issues.

Also be sure you Java/Flash is updated as well.

Having the same exact problem. Then when I click to refresh browser it says “PayPal internal issue”

Yours is an entirely different problem than the OP; he is seeing a blank page.

If you see "PayPal internal issue", then that likely indicates the problem could be on their end, as that message is coming from their site.

I don't have any Ad blockers or AV software installed on my VMware and all Java/Flash are updated.

I did find a solution for anyone else having this issue. I was able to add a bank manually through the classic PayPal interface:
