Can you verify US Paypal account without your SSN?

Need to get another verified Paypal account, but already have business and personal accounts for my wife and myself.

How do i get a stealth Paypal that can get verified without having an SSN?

No - but that type of account is fairly useless in 2019 since you can only take in up to 200 payments, withdrawing all of them to a bank account. Stealth was 25x easier when unverified accounts were able to spend their balances, because then you could have 5 no-bank stealths being invoiced by 1 bank-attached stealth.

I can't really say all of them are without seeing them all. But most are either scams, stolen/hacked accounts, or accounts made with stolen identities.

99.9% of them are either scams or they give you sub par accounts that'll get suspended very quick.

If you need to buy an account, at least check the marketplace in this forum.

Those guys are vetted by us.

you verify a PP with credit card / debit card / VCC.

You never want to give them SSN and you shouldn't even consider buying one with SSN.

Saijin is using the old definition.

Verified used to mean you've added a bank account to your Paypal.

Verified now means you've confirmed your SSN on Paypal and you can use your balance.

Their hand was forced over a decade or more, in my opinion. USA Paypal accounts were being abused by the entire world so they were forced to start actually verifying US identities, rather than just pretending that an account number + routing number verifies a person in any way.

to spend your Paypal fund ,you must have a Paypal cash account and to have such account,you must give them your SSN ,else your only chance of accessing the fund is to transfer to a US bank account.
