How to open IPBurger.com without using VPN?

This is funny, I find I can't open IPBurger without using VPN, so I have to buy VPN from another website, and then buy VPN from IPBurger ??

Question 2:
Will my Paypal (registed in China) be locked if log in when using VPN (US IP for example)?

Tell them what you need and they can set up the order for you so you can access the VPN.
