Withdrawing To Bank Straight Away

Hi, I've had the funds released from PayPal just now, and want to withdraw it to bank. I've seen some say it's better to withdraw half, or even less than that at first, which is fine. What I'm wondering is, can I withdraw it an hour after they release the funds, or should I wait - any help/tips on that? Thank you.

To be honest I wouldn’t worry much just withdraw whatever has been released regardless of the amount the withdrawal will have to go through a 72 hour hold for manual review by PayPal but after this your funds will be released. 👍
