confirming Paypal account over 2.5k Euro

I have uploaded passport and bank statement and I am now in a spot where I am being asked to confirm paypal account with bank account. I have already added and confirmed bank account long time ago. Any idea what is it glitch? European account.

Ok there must be a glitch or something.

I tried creating some stealths today and for some reason it wasn't accepting a VCC even though I been creating them fine for the past 3-4 days so I think the site is a bit glitchy atm.

Cyber monday ... busiest day of the year online.

it happens on nearly all of my pp accs (4 out of 5 accs in past 3 month). you can ignore it, the documents are already submited for review and there is no more interaction requiered.
